What's For Dinner | Beef Stir Fry

Last night I needed something quick but savory to make. Before the hubby left for work yesterday he confirmed that we were catching up on Walking Dead episodes, he wanted to eat and just hang out once we put the kids to bed. So I made Beef Stir Fry ! It tasted like we bought it from the Chinese restaurant, seriously. It was so so so good, and hubby requested for it again so it must be good, right ?!?

Ingredients:

Flat Iron Steak
Stir Fry Veg. Melody
Tsang Stir Fry Sauce
Garlic Powder
Seasoning Salt
Pepper

Whatever sauce you use, is completely up to you. This sauce however taste's GREAT. It's really flavorful by itself, hubby even drizzled some on his rice last night. I bought this at the Walmart neighborhood market, btw.

ONE | So first you want to heat about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. If you're steak isn't already pre sliced, then simply slice it in very thin strips. The strips cook fast, so once your oil is hot just place them in the pan girlfran. While it's in the pan, season with the seasonings listed above or whichever seasonings you like on your meat. I suggest not overdoing it though, because it will clash with the sauce.

TWO | While you're strip are in an oil jacuzzi, you want to start on your veggies. Place about an inch or two of water in a pan, and boil the veggies for about 4 minutes. REMEMBER, stir fry veggies are suppose to have a little crunchy CRUNCH to them, so don't allow them to boil for to long or they'll become old people veggies =]

THREE | After about 4 minutes, drain your veggies if there's any water left in the pan. Then you'll go ahead and place your steak strips into the pan with your veggies.

FOUR | THE BEST PART is here. Now we're going to make it rain on this stir fry! I used almost half of the bottle (I'm so saucy). Drizzle this baby evenly throughout the pan so that everything becomes almost fully coated before stirring. After you pour your sauce over, just stir it up!

You're done, baby boo! Honestly this took about 20 minutes to make. I was so in love with how savory it tasted - I'm prettttty sure my name was Mrs.Wong in a past life. Just sayin'. Some people make noodles with their stir fry, I chose rice tonight because I eat rice like everyday.. But yeah, hope you enjoyed this very short recipe (It's not even a real recipe is it?)(oh well, I like feeling like a cook). If you try this, take a pic and tag me in it on IG:risdelacruz !
